Each component features standard fittings and connectors, so you can upgrade your existing fume control system, or. . . "build" an exhaust or collector system specifically for your own application. | ||
| COLLECTOR ARMS | ||

Cadillac offers both standard (9ft) reach and long (15ft) reach collector arms. A heavy-duty cast aluminum elbow provides up to 360° rotation. A 6" self-extinguishing wire-reinforced duct, and 12" x 15" non-sparking aluminum hood with aluminum swivel ball joint compromise the basics of the collector arm. Structural steel supports and heavy-duty compression springs mounted to the elbow counterbalance the collector arm even at full reach--providing fingertip control and sure position stop for efficient operation. When not in use, the arm easily retracts for overhead storage. |  |
| DUAL FILTER COLLECTOR | ||

A dual filter collector is available for those applications where fume exhausting is not permitted. The dual filter provides up to 99.7% collection efficiency for a smoke and fume free environment. An optional 100% fill activated carbon filter can be included for odor and hydro-carbon removal. Optional H.E.P.A. filter provides 99.97% collection efficiency down to 0.3 micron. | |
| EXHAUSTERS | Cadillac exhausters deliver from 600 to 1500 CFM of exhaust. The exhausters feature as standard: a non-sparking, cast aluminum housing; an energy efficient backward inclined impeller powered by a 3-phase 230/460V TEFC motor. Single phase 115/230V motors are also available. | |
