The QUIK-BLAST sandblaster is simple to operate. Connect the air hose
to the gun, plug in the power cord, and turn on the switch. The rubber
bellows on the nozzle is designed to prevent the blasting media and
debris from escaping into the atmosphere. While holding the bellows
firmly against the surface, the abrasive media blasts the area to be
cleaned. The blasting media and debris are then returned to the cyclone
separator via the suction return hose.
Cadillac's unique cyclonic separator then separates the usable blasting media from the debris. While the lighter debris is drawn up to the efficient 2-stage filter and debris collection bucket, the clean, heavier media is dropped back into the hopper for re-use.
A 4" clean-out port is located at the bottom of the cyclone separator for convenient removal of blasting media. The QUIK-BLAST uses any commericially available media intended for suction type sandblasting guns. Special expensive media is not required.
The rugged, tubular steel 2-wheeled cart makes the QUIK-BLAST easy to maneuver from one location to another.
Unique design of the separator function provides a cyclonic effect for more efficient cleaning of the blasting media. This results in longer media life.
